PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This product is formulated with detergent, ashless dispersant, anti-friction agent and complex anti-oxidant. It has good high temperature detergency, low temperature dispersancy, antioxidation &corrosion inhibition and antiwear property. The specially selected magnesium salt, molybdenum salt and high molecular weight boronized ashless dispersant in this product form a high temperature and pressure resistant lubricating protection film, which provide excellent protection to engines running at high temperature, high speed and heavy duty conditions. With good compatibility with Group II, Group III and synthetic oil, it is a high quality engine oil additive package.

BLENDING PROCESS

Select proper base oil, blend and heat up to 65±5℃. Add appropriate amount of antifoam, PPD and VII successively and then add the corresponding dosage of KTE-161 after constant temperature blending evenly. Keep constant temperature blending evenly until qualified.

PACKING, STORAGE AND TRANSPORTATION

Please observe the SH/T 0164 standard and the MSDS of this product when storing, shipping, handling and using this product. It is nonflammable, non-explosive and non-corrosive. The highest storage temperature shall not exceed 75℃. For long term storage, the highest temperature shall not more than 45℃.
